Fruit Festival

A family friendly, outdoor event, with lots of fun things to see and do, giving people an informal opportunity to learn about and celebrate the fruit growing heritage of the TayLP area. As you may know, there used to be lots of traditional orchards in this area, and many varieties of orchard fruit were developed here. This year’s festival has an additional theme of celebrating the beekeeping tradition, and its link with productive orchards.
